AFFILIATE & REFERRAL POLICY

This Affiliate & Referral Policy ("Policy") forms part of our Terms of Service ("Legal Terms") and should be read alongside our main Legal Terms. By participating in any affiliate or referral programme operated by TraxonMedia LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

This Policy governs all affiliate partnerships, referral programmes, and reward-based promotional systems made available through TraxonShop and associated platforms.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

We may offer affiliate and referral programmes that allow individuals or approved partners to promote our products or services in exchange for rewards, commissions, or incentives.

Participation in these programmes is subject to approval by us and may be limited, restricted, or revoked at any time.

ELIGIBILITY AND APPROVAL

Affiliate participation is not automatic. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any participant at our sole discretion.

Approval may be based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Audience relevance
  • Compliance with our policies and applicable laws
  • Previous behaviour or activity on our platform

We may remove or suspend affiliates at any time without prior notice.

REFERRAL STRUCTURE

Affiliates and users may receive rewards when referring customers who complete qualifying actions, such as placing an order using a referral code or link.

Referral programmes may include:

  • Discounts for referred customers
  • Rewards or commission for the referrer
  • Minimum spend requirements (e.g. spend £20 to earn £2)
  • Time-limited or campaign-based incentives

All referral values, thresholds, and rewards are subject to change at any time.

TRACKING AND VALIDATION

Referrals and affiliate activity are tracked using systems determined by us. Only valid and confirmed transactions will qualify for rewards.

The following conditions apply:

  • Orders must be successfully completed and not cancelled or refunded
  • Referral codes or links must be used correctly at checkout
  • Self-referrals or attempts to exploit the system are not permitted
  • Duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious activity may be rejected

We reserve the right to validate all transactions before issuing rewards.

COMMISSION AND REWARDS

Rewards, commissions, or incentives earned through affiliate activity may be issued in the form determined by us, including but not limited to discounts, store credit, or other benefits.

The following applies:

  • Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated
  • Rewards may be subject to expiry or usage limits
  • Payment or reward structures may change at any time
  • We reserve the right to withhold or cancel rewards where necessary

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Affiliates and participants must not engage in any activity that is misleading, abusive, or harmful to our brand, systems, or users.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
  • Using unauthorised or misleading advertising
  • Spamming referral links or codes
  • Impersonating TraxonMedia LTD or its representatives
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour

Any violation may result in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of rewards.

PROGRAMME CHANGES AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any affiliate or referral programme at any time without prior notice.

This includes:

  • Changing reward structures or commission rates
  • Introducing or removing programme features
  • Ending participation for individual users or all participants

Continued participation following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for any loss of earnings, missed commissions, or damages resulting from participation in our affiliate or referral programmes.

All programmes are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of performance or earnings.
