ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

This Order Cancellation Policy ("Policy") forms part of our Terms of Service ("Legal Terms") and should be read alongside our main Legal Terms. By placing an order with TraxonMedia LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS
Due to the nature of our fulfilment process, including the use of print-on-demand production, all orders are processed shortly after being placed. As a result, cancellation requests are time-sensitive and may only be accepted within a limited window before fulfilment begins.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at the time of purchase. Once an order has progressed beyond the initial processing stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
CANCELLATION WINDOW
Orders may only be cancelled within a short period immediately after being placed. This window exists before the order enters the fulfilment stage. During this time, we may be able to cancel the order if the request is received and processed in time.
The following conditions apply to order cancellations:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order
- Cancellation is only possible while the order is still pending and has not entered fulfilment
- All cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by us
- We do not guarantee that a cancellation request will be successful
Once an order has begun processing or has been passed to production, it is considered in fulfilment and can no longer be cancelled.
FULFILMENT STATUS
Orders move through multiple stages, including processing, fulfilment, and completion. The ability to cancel an order depends entirely on its current status within this process.
The following applies:
- If the order is pending, cancellation may be possible
- If the order is in fulfilment, cancellation is no longer possible
- If the order is fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted
Due to automated production systems, orders may enter fulfilment shortly after being placed. Customers should not rely on having extended time to request cancellations.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If an order has not yet been delivered, it may be possible to update the delivery address within a limited time period. Address changes are subject to the same time constraints as cancellations and must be requested promptly.
The following conditions apply:
- Address changes must be requested immediately after placing the order
- Changes are only possible before the order has progressed significantly in fulfilment
- Customers must contact our support team to request any changes
- We do not guarantee that address updates can be completed in time
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
As many of our products are produced using print-on-demand services, items are created specifically for each order. This means production begins quickly and cannot be reversed once initiated.
For this reason:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
- Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation
- Customers should ensure all selections and details are correct before placing an order
REFUNDS FOLLOWING CANCELLATION
If a cancellation request is successfully processed before fulfilment begins, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
The following applies:
- Refunds will be processed once cancellation is confirmed
- Processing times may vary depending on payment providers
- Refunds may take several business days or billing cycles to appear
If the order has already entered fulfilment, no refund will be issued under this Policy and the order must instead follow the Return Policy where applicable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for failed cancellation requests where orders have already progressed beyond the cancellation window. By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfilment may begin shortly after purchase and that cancellation opportunities are limited.
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests at our sole discretion where operational constraints prevent changes from being made.
